Job Description

As a Part-Time Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our laser and embroidery machines. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and a mechanical aptitude are essential. You will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of the production process, from machine setup to quality control and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laser and embroidery machines
• Set up machines for different projects
• Load materials and ensure proper alignment
• Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot any issues
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Package and prepare orders for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Track Inventory
• Maintain on time delivery

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Co2 or Fiber Engraving Lasers
• Experience with Embroidery Machines
• Experience with graphic design software
• Familiarity with production processes

Hours

• Part-time fill in hours

Compensation

• $14/ hour
• Direct Deposit Paid Weekly
