There is generally not a setup fee when we can avoid it.  We digitize our embroidery designs in-house as much as we can, but sometimes for best results on very detailed or intricate designs we send the design off to save our time. This is a $45 fee when applicable. You can email us the logo prior, or we will let you know if this is a fee required to proceed with the order.
