Yes! Just send us your logo and we’ll provide a free mock-up so you can see exactly how your gear will look before we get started. You can give us feedback on how it will look before it hits production!
We customize hats, shirts, hoodies, tumblers, cutting boards, ornaments, bags, patches, and more. If it can hold a logo, we’ve probably done it.
Most items can be ordered individually, but we offer bulk pricing on quantities of 12 or more. Custom hats, shirts, and drinkware get better pricing in larger runs.
Yep! Just ask us first so we can confirm it’s compatible with our equipment. We do have a liability release form for customer-supplied items.
Most orders are ready in 1–2 weeks, depending on the size and type of project. Rush orders are possible — just let us know your timeline!
Embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric (great for hats and jackets). Heat pressing uses transfers applied with heat and pressure — ideal for t-shirts and bags.
Absolutely. We can clean up existing designs or help create a new one that works well on all types of merch — hats, apparel, drinkware, and more.
Yes — most of our decorated items come with a warranty against defect or failure. For example, stitched patch hats have a lifetime warranty on the patch securement. Ask us for details based on your item.
We offer both! Local pickup is available at our shop in Waterville, MN, and we ship nationwide. We are currently not shipping merch internationally.
